From Our Herd, On Our Land.

Every batch of Acres begins with fresh milk from our own herd of 250 cows. We grow 95% of their feed across our 1,200 acres of farmland, giving us full control over milk quality from field to dairy. This is blended with carefully sourced cream from trusted British dairies.

Built for the Pass.

Overrun is deliberately kept low, reducing air and increasing density. The result is a heavier, more indulgent mouthfeel with the structural stability required for professional kitchen service; holding well from freezer to pass and back again.

Cream levels have been carefully considered to keep the profile light enough to complement plated desserts rather than dominate them. Flavours are built to be clear and concentrated, using ingredients selected for both quality and performance in the kitchen. All our ice creams are smooth. We don’t use inclusions. No distractions. Just very, very good ice cream which pairs perfectly with great desserts.

Every Ingredient Earns Its Place.

We partner with producers and suppliers who share our standards, ensuring every component earns its place in the recipe. We source our salt from The Cornish Sea Salt Company, hand-harvested just eight metres from the Atlantic shoreline in Cornwall. Our chocolate ice cream uses 52% cocoa mass dark chocolate callets melted directly into the mix for depth and finish. We use natural Madagascan vanilla with spent pods for distinctive smoky notes, and real strawberries for authentic fruit character.
